Tickets for upcoming events at SNHU Arena can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com.

If you purchased tickets via Ticketmaster and have questions regarding your order, please contact TM through their Help portal on Ticketmaster.com or by logging in to your Ticketmaster.com account, viewing the order for which you need support, and clicking the “Contact Us” button. As always, we encourage our patrons to connect with the point of purchase for all ticket related questions. If the point of purchase is temporarily closed, refunds will be made available when the establishment is reopened.

With Mobile Entry you will be able to enter an event without the need of a physical ticket. No more worries about losing a ticket or realizing you left your ticket at home the moment you arrive at the venue. You can now use our mobile app or go to our site via the browser on your mobile to device to access your order and present the ticket barcode. The ticket taker will scan it as if it was a physical ticket and you’re in.

Cancellations

When a concert or event has been cancelled, refunds will be made at point of purchase. Ticketmaster phone and internet orders will automatically be credited to your method of payment.

Postponed Events

When a concert or event has been postponed, hold onto your tickets as they will be honored for the rescheduled date. Postponed shows require no action on your part. Continue to stay informed for new dates at SNHUArena.com.

Charity Ticket Donations

Interested organizations must provide a letter on official letterhead to the SNHU Arena. Please include the date of your event, type of not-for-profit organization and your Federal Tax ID. Donation requests should be emailed to [email protected]. SNHU Arena tries to honor as many requests as possible, requiring us to focus on the need within New Hampshire. Please note not all requests can be honored.

Group Sales

Select shows offer group discounts, each show sets their own discount rate and group quantity number. Traditionally concerts do not offer group ticket purchases. Contact information for the select group shows is as follows:
