HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

SNHU Arena remains committed to delivering a superior experience. We will continue to follow all government mandates, monitor regulations and local cases to inform our policy and keep events as safe as possible for our fans, artists, and staff. While there are no current federal, state or local government mandates in place, everyone that enters SNHU Arena will be encouraged to wear a face mask or covering.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a fluid situation, and as such, we cannot guarantee that the artist or promoter of the event will not put a requirement for mask use, proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test in place at a later date. Please note that government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are subject to change at any time, so please be sure to check back regularly for updates. COVID-19 vaccination requirements also vary by event, so it’s important for you to continue to check your event page on our website to confirm details prior to attending the event.

Security Policies

Please note that the arena will be using the following security procedures for all events at the arena. Please plan accordingly.

  • We are a CASHLESS FACILITY! All points of sale within the venue are no longer accepting cash. Please be prepared to pay with your credit card, debit card or mobile pay.
  • Walk thru metal detectors at all entrances of the facility; all patrons will walk through a metal detector prior to gaining access to the arena. If needed, security will perform pat downs on patrons in addition to the metal detectors
  • Bags larger than 9" x 12" x 4" will not be permitted into the arena, this includes backpacks
  • SNHU Arena's CLEAR BAG POLICY allows patrons to bring their personal belongings in a clear tote not to exceed 9" x 12" x 4"
  • Wristlets are permitted but may not exceed 4" x 6" x 1"
  • Purses and backpacks are no longer permitted inside of SNHU Arena
  • Limited exceptions for medical or diaper bags will be allowed.
  • Camera policy is set by the show, best practice suggests no cameras for events
  • No weapons of any kind will be permitted into the arena
  • No outside food or beverage will be permitted into the arena - (with the exception of those having a food allergy). Please contact Savor for food related allergy questions at 603-644-0840
  • The Arena is a no smoking facility, there is no designated smoking area
  • Illegal substances
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by the SNHU Arena Management

We encourage you to plan accordingly for traffic in the City, parking and long lines when entering the arena.

SNHU Arena management reserves the right to make the final determination on prohibited items. In the event that prohibited items are revealed in a search, guests will be asked to dispose of the items or return them to their cars before re-entering the building.

Clear Bag Policy

  • SNHU Arena's CLEAR BAG POLICY allows patrons to bring their personal belongings in a clear tote not to exceed 9" x 12" x 4"
  • Bags larger than 9" x 12" x 4" will not be permitted into the arena, this includes backpacks
  • Wristlets are permitted but may not exceed 4" x 6" x 1"

Cashless Facility

Patron Conduct

The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from the SNHU Arena:

  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the arena.
  • Unacceptable or indecent dress.
  • Damaging or the intent to damage property of the SNHU Arena.
  • Failure to obey or follow SNHU Arena smoking policies.
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs; Public drunkenness.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as hockey ice, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex.
  • Participating in a fight.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees.
  • The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, on stage, on the ice surface or any other areas.

Patrons who fail to abide by arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Any patron who is violating arena policy will be asked to correct their behavior and, if they fail to do so in a timely fashion, will be ejected. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate arena property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.

Exit & Re-Entry Policies

Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Guests with medical emergencies or other emergencies who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Security Personnel at each entry point. The ticket for the event must be produced and then scanned out for exit.

First Aid

Emergency medical aid for spectators is provided at the SNHU Arena in the concourse behind section 117. Security personnel will summon medical assistance immediately when necessary.

Lost & Found

Any items lost during events should be reported to any member of the arena Security Staff immediately. Items found during an event will be held for 15 days. Please call (603) 206-1644 to inquire if an item has been lost/found. Items not claimed within 15 days are donated to local charities as appropriate. All other items are discarded/destroyed. 

Revocable License

Tickets for entry to the SNHU Arena are a revocable license and entry may be refused due to inappropriate attire, disorderly conduct, intoxication, etc. Patrons who fail to abide by arena policies, state or federal law are subject to ejection and arrest.

On-Site Vending

Non-licensed vending on the SNHU Arena property, including the resale of event tickets, is prohibited.
